On December 10th, the opening ceremony of the finals of the first National “Maker Competition” for the Design of Experimental Equipment for Young Teachers of Automation in Colleges and Universities, sponsored by the Teaching Steering Committee of the Higher Education Institutions of the Ministry of Education and co-organized by Delta Group, was grandly held at the Yuquan Campus of Zhejiang University in Hangzhou.

After the opening ceremony, the 28 teams that advanced to the finals were divided into three groups: control theory, embedded systems, and motion control systems. During the two-day finals at noon from December 10th to 11th, they passed the on-site demonstration of the scheme and the scheme. In the form of defense, the gold, silver and bronze awards of each group will be finally decided. Among them, in the control theory group, the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics team won the gold award, 3 teams including Hangzhou Dianzi University won the silver award, and 5 teams including Harbin Institute of Technology won the bronze award; in the embedded system group, the Zhejiang University team won the Gold Award, 3 teams including Yanshan University won the Silver Award, 6 teams including Yanshan University won the Bronze Award; Motion Control System Group, Gold Award vacancy, 4 teams including China University of Mining and Technology won the Silver Award, Zhejiang University City College etc. 5 The team won the bronze medal.
