Simply put, Cardinal Emblem Co. does not sell, trade or share customers' information with anyone except as is necessary to conduct business to fulfill customers' orders, such as obtaining approval for credit card transactions, uploading shipping addresses to carriers, etc. We do conduct our own in-house direct mailings and email sales campaigns directed to our customers. If you wish not to receive email notes on sales events or new additions to the site, please send us an email asking to be removed from the email sales campaign list.
Terms and Acceptance
Receipt of payment by Cardinal or invoice/order form by customer does not constitute acceptance of order. We reserve the right to deny an order for any reason at any time. Orders must be prepaid in full prior to production and/or shipping of order. Name and address must match the billling name and address for credit card used. Foreign customers are fully responsible for all customs fees and duties. All orders are shipped prepaid, and shipping and handling costs are added to each and every order. We do not ship on customers' shipping accounts, nor do we accept terms or COD orders. Use of this website or associated websites constitutes your acceptance of these policies in whole or in part.
All returns must be pre-approved by our customer service. Please contact them at 800-336-0551 for detailed instructions and an RMA number. Unauthorized returns, items not in their original packaging, or returns lacking an RMA number will not be accepted.
