1. Will Cardinal Emblems do all the design work for me?
Yes. If you choose not to design your own emblem, or if you do not have your own digitized copy of your logo, simply complete the order form and tell us some basic information for your emblem, such as shape, color(s), text, size and quantity. If you prefer, you can send us a rough pencil sketch, and we will take it from there. If you have a digital copy of your logo, you may send it to us via email. However, be sure to save the image in a jpg, bitmap or Adobe Photoshop file format. Zip the file before emailing it. One of our salespeople will contact you. A proof can be provided for your approval prior to production of your emblems.
2. Will Cardinal Emblems reproduce anything to an emblem?
Cardinal Emblems can reproduce anything to an emblem - as long as it is not copyrighted or trademarked, unless you are the copyright/trademark owner or you can provide a release allowing you to reproduce the copyright/trademark.
3. Can Cardinal Emblems reproduce my custom shaped logo?
Yes, Cardinal Emblems can reproduce your custom shaped logo. If you have a digital copy of your logo, simply zip the file and send it as an attachment via email to email@example.com along with any special instructions. 4. What are the miscellaneous charges that appear on my sales invoice?
The "miscellaneous" charges that appear on your invoice are handling charges. Handling charges are the exact costs of the box(es) used to pack and ship your order. While others inflate the prices of their products or add a percentage to the freight charges to allow for the costs of boxes, Cardinal does not. We only charge you, the customer, what we pay for the box.
Cardinal Emblems uses UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service for shipping. Available services from UPS and FedEx are ground, 3-Day, 2-Day Air, and Next Day Air. Available services from the USPS are priority mail, Express and Global Express mail.
At this time, the Cardinal Emblems website does not feature the UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking links. However, if you provide a valid email address when placing your order, you will receive an email notification from UPS or USPS regarding the shipment status of your order with a tracking link.
7. What form of payment does Cardinal Emblems accept?
Cardinal Emblems accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. All payments must be made in US Dollars only. Since these are special orders, we cannot ship COD. Payment in full is required at the time order is placed.
8. Does Cardinal Emblems sell anything other than emblems?
Yes! Through the Cardinal Industries, Inc. family of companies that has been providing solutions to the incentive, identity, promotional amd individual consumer markets since 1982, we now offer jackets, polos, caps and more, either decorated or undecorated, in addition to embroidered emblems. Yes. Simply put, Cardinal Emblems does not sell, trade or share customers' information except as is necessary to conduct business to fulfill your order, i.e., obtaining approval for credit card transactions, uploading shipping addresses to freight carriers, etc. We do conduct our own in-house direct mailings to our customers.
